MARINOIL SERVICE, S.A.
Marinoil Service, S.A. is a family-owned company founded in Bilbao in 1985, currently located in Meñaka (Bizkaia), which in 2025 celebrates 40 years of experience in the maritime energy sector. The second generation currently leads the company with a clear vision: to consolidate the path traveled and build a solid future for the next 40 years.
We specialize in the sale and supply of marine fuels and oils to vessels operating worldwide, with a strong operational presence in Spain, West Africa (Ivory Coast, Ghana, Senegal, Mindelo), South Africa, and the Indian Ocean (Seychelles, Mauritius, Kenya, Madagascar), as well as in Ecuador, the Marshall Islands, and Tahiti.
We primarily supply the tuna fishing fleet, although we also provide services to all types of ships and shipping companies, both domestic and international, acting as a trusted energy supplier in global operations.
Our greatest strength is the ability to perform offshore deliveries using small tankers, a complex operation that requires precision, reliability, and agile logistics. Among these services, stern supplies represent a key part of our operations, allowing us to serve vessels in motion or at anchor, wherever they are needed the most.
Excellence in service, professionalism, and commitment to the customer are the values that define our way of working. Our approach is clear: to solve the vessel’s problem wherever it may be, providing fast, effective, and tailored solutions to each situation.
To achieve this, we have our own fleet of tanker trucks for supplies in northern Spain (from the French border to Cantabria), our own facilities at the ports of Bilbao and Ondarroa, and a network of local logistics partners that ensures our service capacity in demanding destinations.
When we do not act as a physical supplier, we operate as a trader, supported by agreements with top-tier companies with whom we have worked for decades, and who comply with the most stringent international environmental regulations, including Annex VI of the MARPOL Convention.
Marinoil operates fuel supply points at major ports around the world. We can provide service at any port on the Iberian Peninsula and the Strait of Gibraltar
Marinoil has the capacity to supply Marine Fuel for Tuna Fishing Vessels, Trawlers, Dredgers, and Merchant Ships, both at our onshore supply points and through offshore deliveries.
Facilities designed in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 2085/1994 of October 20th, regarding storage facilities for petroleum liquids.
At Marinoil, our mission is to be a leading supplier of marine fuels and lubricants, offering efficient, sustainable energy solutions tailored to the new challenges of the maritime sector. We are committed to providing an agile, reliable, and high-quality service, always with respect for the environment and focused on the specific needs of each client.
