In 2005 we aquired a shareholding percentage in a company which operated a service station which is situated 20 minutes far from our headquarters. The entry into this sector made it an additional business unit for Marinoil activity. With the entry into the sector, it did not take long for us to obtain an administrative concession to build a new station at the airport of Bilbao, This establishment was opened in 2010 and it is an important business unit for the operating account of Marinoil. Besides those two, we had the chance to invest in another station together with a partner in Pamplona, in the heart of the city. As experts say, the best of service stations is their location, location and location,and two of the above mentioned stations are strategically located in places that will always have a residual value. Currently we continue to seek alternative investments at service stations.
